Our house is set back for added privacy and the back is fully surrounded by a privacy fence in for extra seclusion. You can walk, ride, drive or cart to all the shopping and dining of Destin Commons. This home is in the heart of Crystal Beach and plenty of entertainment.

We would love to host you and want to provide this information to our future guests: ✔Upon booking, please provide a picture of your state issued photo ID. ✔As mentioned in our house rules, we may require a $500 refundable security deposit and signed renters agreement. ✔If you would like the pool to be heated, kindly let us know at least 72 hours in advance of arrival. Note, this is a $40 +tax per day charge. ✔This is a non-smoking property. ✔Travel Insurance should be purchased through the platform when booking or immediately after booking. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this, especially during hurricane season June-October, as we do not offer refunds for weather beyond our control. ✔WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES or going over number of guests reserved. To be considerate of our neighbors and community, violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental and deposit funds. ✔24 hours prior to you arrival, we'll send the home access information including address and key codes.

With this private home you will have plenty of parking and quick access to your car, cart, bikes or strollers, making it easy to get to where you want to go. Going to the beach?
